Fall baking is happening at my house. This past week, I made a batch of pumpkin bread. There are an abundance of pumpkins for sale in Amish Country, but I’m a Libby’s girl since it’s much easier. Maybe I’ll venture into using a real pumpkin this fall for a pie or something just to say I did it. But, really, opening up that can is so much easier than scooping out the guts of a pumpkin. LOL
